Products ordered are shipped under 3 to 5 business days.
In the other cases, the shipping time varies between 7 to 30 days according to the availability of the ordered product.
These deadlines, which correspond to the times of treatment, preparation and forwarding of the ordered product, are calculated in business days.
With these deadlines, delivery periods of the Conveyor are added.
In the event of going beyond the shipping time, the Buyer can cancel its Order by E-MAIL by clicking on "CONTACT" on the www.pharmacie-contoise.com address or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery to Pharmacy Contoise located in Contes (06390) 18 place Jean Allardi.
The Buyer controls at the time of the Delivery the packing and the contents of the delivered goods.
If the product or its packing arrives damaged, the Buyer can issue at the time of the Delivery a Reserves written to the Deliveryman. He will have to preserve the proof of his Reserves and inform Pharmacy Contoise immediately so that an investigation can be done to improve the quality of the service.
- Conformity of the products
If the Purchaser receives a product which does not correspond to the characteristics of its Order, it must, within seven days (maximum delay ) from his reception, return the product to the following address: Pharmacy Contoise in CONTES (06390) 18 place Jean Allardi.
In this case, it has the obligation to annex to the product a letter detailing its complaint in writing.
Beyond this seven days deadline, Buyer will have accepted the product like in conformity with his Order and will not be able to emit complaint any more.
If the Buyer chooses to exchange the goods, the product will have to be shown still available, within 7 days and 30 days according to the availability of the ordered product, Pharmacy Contoise begins to reship the product to him. On this assumption, the terms above stipulated, entitled "Times of shipping" automatically apply.
Reserve property
Until the complete payment of the price in the main thing, expenses, accessories and inclusive of tax, Contoise Pharmacy preserves the whole property of the Commandés products.
However, from the date on which the ordered products will have left the buildings of Contoise Pharmacy, the risks of the delivered products are transferred to the Purchaser.
Right of Retractation
In accordance with the Article L 121-16 of the Code of Consumption, the Purchaser has a time of retractation seven days (7 days) frank as from the delivery of the product (i.e. the reception of the parcel) to return it, for exchange or refunding, without penalty except for the carriage costs.

The Purchaser will have to return the product in a new state, in his packing of origin, also in perfect state. He will have to be accompanied by all his accessories, (notes etc..)
The articles damaged or dirtied by the Purchaser will not be shown. Contoise Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse them dice delivery by the Conveyor. When Contoise Pharmacy takes delivery of articles returned in this state, Contoise Pharmacy guard in its buildings during one one month period (1 month), with provision of the Purchaser who is held to pay them.
Except in the event of error of Contoise Pharmacy, within the framework of the exercise of the Right of retractation, the expenses of reforwarding remain with the load of the Purchaser. The sendings in "port paid by the Recipient" or "against refunding" will be refused.
In the event of return of the product, Contoise Pharmacy begins to refund the Purchaser without delay and at the latest in the 30 following days the payment by the Purchaser, the sums paid by him. (Article L 121-20-3 of the Code of Consumption)
To replace above mentioned refunding, the Purchaser can also profit from an Purchase order, valid two months (2 months), nonrescindable and nonrefundable constantly on request of the Purchaser.
Responsibilities
In the event of inexecution of the Contract resulting from an event of major force, disturbance or gene total or partial in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, of flood, natural disasters, of fire etc., Contoise Pharmacy could not be held for person in charge.
In the event of delivery abroad and if the product does not respect the Legislation in force in the country of delivery, Contoise Pharmacy could not be held for person in charge. In the event of order to satisfy professional needs, Contoise Pharmacy could not be held for person in charge of the consequential damages of some nature that they are and in particular those resulting from the trading losses, losses of profits etc.
Contoise Pharmacy declines any responsibility with regard to the sites to which the bonds hypertexts can return starting from its site.
