THE ARTERIAL HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
The circulation blood exercises a pressure on arteries. It is blood pressure. It confronts two figures, corresponding in two times of the cardiac beatings:

Anticipate the risk
Limit the salt, the salty food (cheese, cooked pork meats), fats and alcohol.
- Consume 5 fruits and vegetables and 3 light dairies a day.
- Practise a physical activity moderate as for example, 30 minutes of fast walking, 3 times a week.
- Stop smoking. If you have family history, if you are a man of the more of 45 years, a woman of more than 50 years, if you set of the weight recently, if you like salty food, if your life is sedentary, do not wait any more! Take advice with your pharmacist or doctor!
